Incorrect Addresses

• Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

• Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it is in their possession.
